Influenced by Asian cuisine, they would combine raw fish from their catch with sea weed and serve it on a bed of rice. Today, FinnΒ PokΓ© are putting their own spin on the dish, combining hot and cold elements with raw or cooked protein to creating one absolutely healthy, mouth watering meal.
