The poké bowl (pronounced ‘poh-kay’) was originally made by Hawaiian fishermen. Influenced by Asian cuisine, they would combine raw fish from their catch with sea weed and serve it on a bed of rice. Today, Finn Poké are putting their own spin on the dish, combining hot and cold elements with raw or cooked protein to creating one absolutely healthy, mouth watering meal.
